Welder

PEI's welders are skilled in one or all the following: ability to pass a 6G position test in either, or a combination of S.M.A.W., S.A.W., G.M.A.W., or F.C.A.W., open root, with 705-6 filler metal; pipe or plate welding skills; ability to read blueprints and select corresponding materials according to job specifications.
Machinist

PEI's machinists are skilled at using different techniques to create and make very precise parts. Possess the ability to produce required parts from prints or physical parts. Can operate machinery & equipment safely and in compliance with shop safety regulations.
Engineer

PEI's engineers possess knowledge and technical skill in the manufacturing and design of pipeline launchers, receivers, meters, regulators, and pipeline products. Our engineers complete technical portion of quotes which include design conditions, material details, technical notes, exceptions, and option recommendations.
Drafter

PEI's drafters create fabrication drawings in SolidWorks. Collaborates with our engineering team to create detailed technical drawings. Ability to create solid models, assemblies and drawing packages and will provide peer checking of other design drafters work.
Helper

PEI's shop helpers assist our divisions with a variety of tasks such as loading, unloading, identifying materials, machinery, & tools, and distributes them to the appropriate divisions. Cleans and prepares areas in preparation for job completion.
